His forward-thinking approach became fully evident when he identified the massive logistical needs of major corporations and educational institutions like the Serum Institute of India and Walnut School. Rather than remaining a small-scale operator, Santosh scaled aggressively, successfully winning competitive corporate bidding processes and securing major capital investments from institutions like Saraswat Bank. By forecasting the rising demand for reliable, punctual institutional transit, he expanded his operations from a single vehicle into a massive enterprise operating a fleet of over one hundred buses under S S Tours & Travels.
